About the Author
Bill Mooney is the owner and lead instructor at the BioForce Baseball Academy in Beaverton Oregon.
When he started BioForce Baseball Academy over three years ago, he wanted to create a different kind of baseball academy. An academy that focuses on results, not just giving lessons. For example, over 65% of the graduating seniors at BioForce go on to play college or professional baseball.
Bill was a pitcher in his younger days. An arm problem in college led him to hang up the cleats. BioForce is the product of what Bill learned from his mistakes. Mistakes he didn’t want his own sons to make. Mistakes he doesn’t want his students to make. Bill feels he listened to conventional wisdom in his playing days and trained the wrong way. His passion is to not let others make those same mistakes.
Bill’s been teaching pitching and hitting for years. He’s formally trained by the best. He’s traveled the country educating himself on the finer points of pitching and hitting biomechanics. BioForce surrounded myself with the best in physical and performance training.
